How to Raise a Ticket or Complaint ?

We have created a special section for you to help you find answers at your convenient time in your preferred language, through our Support Portal. This is aimed at answering the most frequently asked questions, through FAQs. Just type the query you have in the search bar to check if it is already answered and pick answer from there. 

If you do not find an article about which you have a query, Click on to 'Raise Ticket' option seen in the home screen, select 'Others' options from the drop down provided in the subject and write your query. Your queries from Support portal will get first response faster (within 3 hours) than the normal emails which takes around 6 hours.

Login to your Trading App

Tap on Accounts - Support from Navia App

Tap on Support from the menu provided in Rocket Plus App

Search for the relevant FAQ from Search Bar, Read for answers

If you need more clarification, Raise a Ticket from 'Raise Ticket' Option provided in the Home Screen

Select 'Others' from the drop down provided in Subject

Write you query or Complaint. attach files if any and then Submit

You can also Track the status of your Ticket using Track Ticket Option provided


During downtimes, it might be difficult to reach us over phone due to abnormal higher call flows. In such scenarios, tickets with specific subject will help us answer fast and aptly even if the calls are missed.
