Got the habit of writing us for clarifications? We have created a special section for you to help you find answers at your convenient time in your preferred language, through Support Portal. This is aimed at answering the most frequently asked questions, through FAQs. Just type the query you have in the search bar to check if it is already answered and pick answer from there. If not write it from the general query page. Your queries from this support portal will get first response faster (within 3 hours) than the normal emails which takes around 6 hours.

Steps
Login to your Trading App or page
From the menus provided within the Rocket App or page, choose Support
If you use Rocket Plus, go to menu and select Support
Search for the relevant FAQ from Search Bar
If no FAQ is found, click here
Scroll down the page to Create a Ticket
Type your query and send
During downtimes, it might be difficult to reach us over phone due to abnormal higher call flows. In such scenarios, tickets with specific subject will help us answer fast and aptly even if the calls are missed.
