Funds can be transferred only from your registered bank account which you linked to your Trading at the time of opening account.

How to add a bank account?
To add Bank account from Navia Mobile App
1. Login to Navia App
2. Select Accounts option form the bottom of the screen
3. Choose 'Personal Details'
4. Tap on 'Pen' Symbol against Bank Accounts and follow on-screen instructions to update
2. Select Man symbol from top menus and click on Profile Edit option
3. From the window that open up select Add Bank option and follow instruction given from point no 4 to 9 as mentioned above.
I have transferred funds, but the margin/funds are not updated. What is to be done?
It is possible for you to have transferred funds, but the same is not updated in the following scenario
1. Funds are transferred via NEFT/ IMPS
2. Funds are transferred from a bank account which is not linked to your Trading account
There could be time lags in updating funds from the first option as it depends upon the time at which we receive credit from your bank. Sometimes, it would be debited from your bank account but would not be credited to our account. In such scenario, we will be unable to allocate funds to Exchange and subsequently provide limits. In case of NEFT transfers, it is observed that certain transfers get updated the next day under Force Success and hence, the delay could be even high.
In such scenario, you may contact us to understand the reason and do the needful. To avoid this, you are suggested to transfer funds by logging to the Trading Platform as the update occurs immediately after the transfer is done successfully.
If you transfer funds from a bank account which is not linked to your trading account, you will not be able to utilize it for trading as it will considered as a third party transfer. In such case, you will be required to either a) share the bank statement from which you had transferred funds to us as a proof of transfer. We will subsequently return back the funds to the same bank account. You will be required to make a fresh transfer from your bank account which is linked to the Trading account OR c) map the bank account from which you transferred funds from Profile edit section here. The online option cannot be used by clients who have joint demat account. In such case, you will be required to add bank using Additional bank form which can be downloaded from the attachment.
Funds are transferred via NEFT/ IMPS/ UPI
Fund transfers will be updated in your Margin once they are received by us. In certain scenarios, funds might be debited from your bank account, but not received at our end. In such case, your transfers will not be updated till they hit our bank account and we observed that NEFT transfers using NAVIAM.... , sometimes take couple of hours and IMPS takes 15 minutes or more to hit our bank account. In extreme cases, it might not even be credited to our bank account during the entire day and hence, we will not be updated in your margin. Please contact us in such scenario to understand the exact status.
Funds transferred via NEFT/IMPS are subject to a charge of Rupees 50 plus GST
Why are the funds transferred by me between 5.30pm to 7 through NEFT returning back to my bank?
As mentioned above all funds received by us on a given day, should be paid to Exchange's Upstreaming account after deducting the net obligation before 7pm. Therefore, we will start the process of transferring around 5.30pm to 6pm and would therefore, not accept fresh pay-ins from NEFT transfers from 5.30pm to 7pm. If you had transferred them, it would return back to your account soon.
Funds are transferred from a bank account which is not linked to your Trading account
This can be done only if you transfer funds using IMPS or via NEFT. As this is done from an unregistered bank account, the system will not identify your trading account to update margin. In such case, you may register the bank account from where you transferred funds and get it updated in margin else, share your bank statement with the transfer detail and get a refund back to that account. Funds transferred from the Trading Platform via Razor Pay has not been update in my Trading Account?
This is a rare scenario which might occur due to failure of responses from any end and will be worked upon for immediate rectification. Allow around 5 to 10 minutes for it to be updated, else contact our support team for assistance.
What if I have a bank which is not supported by Razor Pay?
You may transfer using UPI if that is the case. If the funds to be transferred is more than the limit permitted by UPI, you may then transfer them through IMPS/NEFT. However, please note that IMPS and NEFT transfers will be updated only upon receipt of funds at our end. Though IMPS transactions can be updated after a gap of 15 mins and NEFT after an hour but there is no guarantee to update within this time as the time gap to receive funds at our end may differ from transaction to transaction and might take even hours or even a day in certain cases.
How to transfer funds using UPI?
Login to your trading App or the page. Follow the instructions given above till you get to the Fund transfer page. Select UPI and follow on screen instructions to transfer funds.
What is UPI?
Unified Payment Interface (UPI) enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money from their smartphones with a single identifier (the virtual payment address (VPA)) without entering any additional bank account information. UPI can also be used to pay merchants who accept UPI as a payment mode.
What is Virtual Payment Address (VPA)?
"Virtual Payment Address" is an identifier (that takes a form of abc@bank wherein "abc" is a unique name that you can choose for yourself) that can be uniquely mapped to an individual account. Unified Payment Interface (UPI) services offer customers the option to create any number of VPAs for making and receiving payments
How long does it take for the money to get credited into the beneficiary account?
For successful UPI transactions, funds get credited into the beneficiary's account instantaneously.
What is the advantage of UPI Fund transfer over other fund transfer mechanisms?
The service is instant and available 24X7, even on public/bank holidays. Customers can transfer funds in simple steps by providing the virtual payment address of the beneficiary. Also, there is no pre - registration required for the beneficiary.
What is the Unified Payment interface (UPI) transaction limit ?
The UPI transactions limits vary from bank to bank. Bank may change the transaction limits for UPI under National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) upper limits as per the bank’s policy. The upper limit mandated by NPCI is Rs 1 lakh per transaction and Rs 1 lakh cumulative transaction value. A maximum of 10 transactions can be initiated in 24 hours from the first transaction.
Are there any charges for transactions done using UPI?
Currently there are no charges for transactions done through UPI. There may be revisions on charges from time to time.
I have transferred money using UPI. When will it be credited to my trading account?
Your account ledger will be credited immediately. The amount would be credited in the trading system within 15 minutes of successful transfer during trading hours. In some cases there could be delays due to payment gateway issues. Please write to from our Support Portal in case you come across delays in credit.
I have paid for my transaction but not received anything. Why is that?
Once you complete a transaction, you should see a success status on the UPI APP and receive a SMS from your bank. In some cases due to operator issues it can take a longer time. In case you have not received your confirmation within an hour please contact the Customer Care team of your bank or you can lodge complaint from the UPI APP itself.
My UPI transaction has failed. Why is my bank account debited?
In case of failed transactions, the money (if debited) will be credited to your account instantly. In case of timed out transactions, amount will be settled to the beneficiary account or debit account within two working days.
What is Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM)?
Bharat Interface for Money is an app that lets you make quick and easy payment transactions using UPI. You will not have to fill-out tedious bank account details. You can easily make direct bank to bank payments and instantly collect money using just the Mobile number or the Payment Address.
