TABLE OF CONTENTS
Fund Transfers or Pay-in of Funds can be made in any of the following modes
1) Payment Gateway - transfer from your App or the trading page
2) UPI
Funds can be transferred only from your registered bank account which you linked to your Trading at the time of opening account.

We support the following banks for online funds transfer using ATOM payment gateway.

To add Bank account from Rocket Mobile App
1. Login to Rocket App
2. Select Accounts option form the bottom of the screen
3. Choose 'Personal Details'
4. Tap on 'Pen' Symbol against Bank Accounts and follow on-screen instructions to update
To add Bank account from Rocket Web Page
1. Login from https://rocket.tradeplusonline.com/
2. Click on Profile next to Dashboard
3. Select edit option next to Bank details
4. Follow on screen instructions
To add Bank account from Rocket Plus Mobile App
1. Login to Rocket Plus App
2. Select Profile Edit option from the top menu. This will open a screen as seen below
3. Select Add Bank option
4. If you are Resident, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Key in the OTP in the window that pops up
5. If you are a NRI, key in your Date of Birth and PAN for validation
6. Enter IFSC and MICR in the option provided
7. Your Bank details gets automatically filled
8. Enter your Bank account number. Tick ‘Add this bank as Primary bank’ if you want it to be your Primary bank else leave the option un-ticked and Submit
9. Your details will be verified post which you may submit and close the process
On successful verification, your bank account details gets added in 1 working day.
Steps to Update Bank Details in Rocket Plus Web
1. Login to rocketplus.tradeplusonline.com
2. Select Man symbol from top menus and click on Profile Edit option
3. From the window that open up select Add Bank option and follow instruction given from point no 4 to 9 as mentioned above.
You may transfer using UPI if that is the case. If the funds to be transferred is more than the limit permitted by UPI, you may then transfer them through IMPS/NEFT. However, please note that IMPS and NEFT transfers will be updated only upon receipt of funds at our end. Though IMPS transactions can be updated after a gap of 15 mins and NEFT after an hour there is no guarantee to update within this time as the time gap to receive funds at our end may differ from transaction to transaction and might take even hours in certain cases.
This can be done only if you transfer funds using IMPS or via NEFT. In such case, you may register the bank from which you transferred funds as your additional bank account. This can be done by editing your Profile from your trading App or page. Please note that bank account should be in your name only. Third party bank accounts cannot be registered.

You will not be able to transfer funds from BOW or the Rocket Exe. You will be required to login to Rocket Web or Mobile App to do so.
Login to your trading App or the page. Follow the instructions given above till you get to the Fund transfer page. Select UPI and follow on screen instructions to transfer funds.
Unified Payment Interface (UPI) enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money from their smartphones with a single identifier (the virtual payment address (VPA)) without entering any additional bank account information. UPI can also be used to pay merchants who accept UPI as a payment mode.
"Virtual Payment Address" is an identifier (that takes a form of abc@bank wherein "abc" is a unique name that you can choose for yourself) that can be uniquely mapped to an individual account. Unified Payment Interface (UPI) services offer customers the option to create any number of VPAs for making and receiving payments
For successful UPI transactions, funds get credited into the beneficiary's account instantaneously.
The service is instant and available 24X7, even on public/bank holidays. Customers can transfer funds in simple steps by providing the virtual payment address of the beneficiary. Also, there is no pre - registration required for the beneficiary.
The UPI transactions limits vary from bank to bank. Bank may change the transaction limits for UPI under National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) upper limits as per the bank’s policy. The upper limit mandated by NPCI is Rs 1 lakh per transaction and Rs 1 lakh cumulative transaction value. A maximum of 10 transactions can be initiated in 24 hours from the first transaction.
Currently there are no charges for transactions done through UPI. There may be revisions on charges from time to time.
Your account ledger will be credited immediately. The amount would be credited in the trading system within 15 minutes of successful transfer during trading hours. In some cases there could be delays due to payment gateway issues. Please write to us at support@tradeplusonline.com in case you come across delays in credit.
Once you complete a transaction, you should see a success status on the UPI APP and receive a SMS from your bank. In some cases due to operator issues it can take a longer time. In case you have not received your confirmation within an hour please contact the Customer Care team of your bank or you can lodge complaint from the UPI APP itself.
In case of failed transactions, the money (if debited) will be credited to your account instantly. In case of timed out transactions, amount will be settled to the beneficiary account or debit account within two working days.
Bharat Interface for Money is an app that lets you make quick and easy payment transactions using UPI. You will not have to fill-out tedious bank account details. You can easily make direct bank to bank payments and instantly collect money using just the Mobile number or the Payment Address.
