Karta's signature and HUF seal to be affixed in the Application form and all the support documents. 

Here is the checklist for HUF Account opening:

1. SELF ATTESTED copy of PAN CARD of the HUF, Karta and Coparceners

2. Individual KYC form of Karta (PDF)

3. Address Proof for HUF, Karta and Coparceners. (Self attested valid copy of Passport or Aadhaar Card or  Voter's ID or Driving license or Latest Bank Statement)

4. Copy of Cheque leaf of HUF Bank A/c signed by Karta towards Bank proof

5. HUF Declaration  signed by Karta and Coparceners (Family Members) (PDF)  

6)  Cheque favouring Navia Markets Ltd for Rs.1180 towards AMC of Rs.1000 plus GST

7) HUF Deed (Optional) 

8) If the Karta is a female, need to provide this declaration (PDF)

9) If you would like to activate F&O, currency derivatives, commodity segments, anyone of the following in the name of HUF signed  by Karta with HUF seal 

1. Latest 6 Months Bank statement or passbook copy.
2. Latest ITR acknowledgement copy.
3. Net worth Certificate  
4. DP holding statement.
