Corporate Account Opening

Opening a Corporate Account with Navia requires a physical application process. To get started, please email us at open@navia.co.in. Our Onboarding Executive will guide you through each step of the process.

Documents Required for Corporate Account Opening

  1. Application Form: Download the Corporate Account Opening Application Form (PDF). The form must be signed by the Authorised Signatory with the company's official seal.
  2. Checklist for Corporate Account Opening:
    • PAN Copy (for Corporate): Attested by the Authorised Signatory.
    • Board Resolution (Original): For investing in the secondary market, as per the provided format (PDF).
    • Identity Proof: For all Authorised Signatories mentioned in the resolution (self-attested copies of passport, voter ID, driving license, or PAN card).
    • Authorised Signatory List: As per the provided format (PDF).
    • Directors' List: In the required format (PDF).
    • Documents for Whole Time Director: Photograph, PAN, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, and DIN numbers.
    • Individual KYC Forms: Along with self-attested copies of PAN Card and Address Proof for TWO directors. (PDF)
    • Latest Shareholding Pattern: Certified copy, including a list of all those with control, directly or indirectly, in the company as per SEBI takeover regulations, duly certified by the Company Secretary/Whole Time Director. Download format (PDF).
    • Address Proof: For both Registered and Correspondence addresses of the Corporate entity (bank statement, bank letter with manager's seal, or declaration on bank letterhead). All documents should be attested by the Authorised Signatories.
    • Memorandum and Articles of Association: Certified true copy (including the clause for investing in the secondary market), with the first three and last three pages signed by the Authorised Signatories.
    • Balance Sheet: Certified true copy for the last TWO financial years.
    • For Newly Incorporated Companies: Net-worth certificate from a Chartered Accountant with UDIN number and income tax declaration on the company letterhead with the authorised signatory or director's seal and signature. Download format (PDF).
    • Cheque Leaf Copy: Self-attested copy of a cheque leaf with the name pre-printed. If the name is not pre-printed, provide a self-attested copy of the bank passbook or latest bank statement (not older than 3 months).
    • Beneficial Owner Declaration Form: Download format (PDF).
    • Account Opening Fee: Cheque for Rs.1770/- in favour of Navia Markets Ltd (Rs.1500 + GST).
  3. Submission of Documents: Send the completed application form and supporting documents to:

In-Person Verification (IPV): As part of the mandatory IPV requirement, physical verification is required for Corporate Account opening. One of the directors or authorised signatories must visit our office, or our representative will need to visit the office or residence of the director or authorised signatory to complete the IPV procedure.

Account Activation:Your Corporate Account will be opened within 3 working days of receiving the completed application forms and supporting documents.
