How can I identify Calls from Navia

Navia does not call clients to provide recommendations, trading tips, investment advices or to gather confidential personal information. We call clients only for the following reasons

1) To honour Call Back requests placed by Clients through 'Schedule a Call' 

2) To honour Call Back requests placed by Clients through any other mode 

3) To verify identity of clients, as a process of executing Off Market Delivery Instruction    

4) To aid in Account opening, KYC Verification if there are any issues

5) For Compliance requirements or 

6) For any other reason as required by Navia

Such calls will be initiated by Navia from the below given number
