KRA Validation is a must for seamless trading

As per SEBI guidelines vide circulars dated September 02, 2023 , clients whose KYC hasn't been verified by KYC Registration Agencies (KRA) will face trading restrictions. Check the circulars here (NSE, BSE, MCX).


Please note that such accounts will be marked as not “Permitted to Trade” as and when KRA updates your PAN to the respective Exchanges. 


You can also check the status of your PAN yourself in KRA records by following the simple steps below: 


1) Go to https://www.cvlkra.com/KYCInquiry.aspx and click on the menu ‘KYC Inquiry.’


2) Enter your PAN, complete Captcha and submit.  


3) Check in the ‘KYC Status’ column if it reads as ‘KYC validated’ or ‘New KYC Validated’ against any of the KRAs. 


In the example below you can see that KYC status against CVL KRA reads as “New KYC Validated” 


There is no action required from your end if the status of your PAN is either KYC validated’ or ‘New KYC Validated’. 


 

If the KYC status column does not read as Validated, you need to immediately re-submit your KYC with Navia to avoid any disruptions in Trading activities. It only takes 5 minutes to submit your KYC and regularize your Account. 


Just logon to  https://rekyc.tradeplusonline.com/login.php  using your eight-digit UCC and Date Birth and go to “Dormant Account Activation”.


Please note that within 48 hours of submitting your documents in the above link , you will receive an email and SMS from CVL KRA. You will be required to complete validation to your account by clicking on the provided link in the email and SMS. KYC process is completed successfully only after you complete the above actions. 


Complete this process at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted trading if your KRA status is not Validated.
