Activate F&O Segment

Via Navia App:

  • Log in to the Navia App.
  • Go to Account -> Personal Details.
  • Click the edit icon edit icon from iconscout.com next to either mobile, email or bank account.
  • You will be re-directed to the Segment section in Re-ekyc module. Just toggle to activate the required segments. If you are activating the F&O segment then you will need to upload 6 months bank statement as income proof.
  • Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your segment activation request form using your Aadhaar number.

Via Re-KYC Link:

  • Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
  • Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  • Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Segment' option. 
  • You will be re-directed to the Segment section in Re-ekyc module. Just toggle to activate the required segments. If you are activating the F&O segment then you will need to upload 6 months bank statement as income proof.
  • Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your segment activation request form using your Aadhaar number.

Processing Time: 

  • The request will be processed in 2 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the update is complete.
