Add or Change Bank account details
Online Updates:
- Add Bank Accounts: Map up to 5 bank accounts to your trading account for easy funding.
- Set Primary Bank Account: Choose a primary bank account for all payouts by clicking "Set as Primary."
- Delete Bank Account: Remove a bank account by clicking the delete icon. If deleting the primary account, set another as primary first.
Steps to Update Bank Details:
Via Navia App:
- Log in to the Navia App.
- Go to Account -> Personal Details.
- Click the edit icon next to your bank details.
- You will be re-directed to the Bank section in Re-ekyc module. Add/Delete bank details. Fill in the required details and verify your bank account.
- Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number.
Via Re-KYC Link:
- Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
- Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Bank' to Add/Delete bank account. Fill the required details and verify your bank account.
- Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number
Offline
- Clients with joint bank accounts must fill out the attached forms and courier it to the registered address
- Clients who are unable to do it online can also download the attached forms and courier to the registered address.

Processing Time:
- New bank details will be updated within 24 working hours in the Trading account after due verification.
- If you have set a new Primary account then the same would also be updated in the Demat account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the update is complete.
