Email and Mobile Number Validation with KRA

As per SEBI guidelines, clients whose KYC hasn't been verified by KYC Registration Agencies (KRA) will face trading restrictions effective from September 02, 2023. Check the circulars here (NSE, BSE, MCX).

The following trading restrictions will apply if your KRA is not verified:

1) You will not be able to enter any fresh positions starting 31st August 2023, and you can only exit existing positions.

2) All open positions will be squared off before the market closes on 1st September 2023.

Visit the KRA website listed below and follow the instructions provided on the screen to validate the details.

  1. CVL KRA: Click here
  2. NDML KRA: Click here
  3. CAMS KRA: Click here
  4. KARVY KRA: Click here
  5. DOTEX KRA: Click here

Note: Your KYC could be listed in any of the above KRAs.

Important points to be noted :

1) It will take 3 days for KRA to update the status after you verify your KYC details. Account will be activated only after the KYC details are updated at KRA.

2) If the details on the KRA portal are incorrect, you will have to do a ReKYC and update the details as per Aadhaar. Check here to know how update Re-KYC online or in Physical Mode.

3) The ReKYC request will be processed within 72 hours, after which Tradeplus informs KRA to update its records. After the KRA has updated the details, you must validate using the verification link sent via email and SMS by the KRA.

4) If the email or mobile number in Tradeplus is to be changed you can update in the ReKYC module
