Special Live Trading Session on Saturday, 18th May, 2024
Special Live Trading Session will be conducted by NSE and BSE on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Equity and Equity Derivative Segment. This is done to assess the preparedness of the Exchanges to handle any unforeseen event impacting their operations and to restore operations from the DR Site within the stipulated recovery time objective in such an event.
MCX and Currency will continue to stay closed.
Special Trading Session will be conducted in 2 phases, 1 from Primary Site and 2nd from Disaster Recovery Site. The timing of each stage of trading is given below for your reference.
Equity Live Trading from Primary Site

Following are to be noted:
1) Intra day (MIS) and Cover Orders will not be allowed due to split trade sessions
2) Shares bought on 17th May, 2024 will not be seen under T1 Holdings and cannot be sold
3) All stocks will trade with a maximum price range of 5%. If a stock is already under 2% range it will continue to be under 2%
4) All futures contract will trade within 5% price band
5) Any open orders not executed by the end of the first session will be canceled and won’t be carried forward to the next session
6) GTT orders will be triggered
7) Sale Credits and Intraday profits in Derivative Segment on 17th May will not be included in the balance on 18th May, 2024 due to settlement holiday
8) AMO will be triggered normal
9) No Payouts will be released
10) Plan your fund transfer before 10am for instant margin update
11)Our support lines will be operational from 9 AM to 1PM
