In today's digital age, we rely heavily on systems, servers, and the internet for everything, including trading. However, there may be times when these systems experience temporary outages or issues. Regardless of the scenario, it's essential to have a backup plan for placing orders seamlessly. Navia is committed to ensuring hassle-free trading, even during technical difficulties.

How to Place Orders During Online Trading Issues:

Option 1: Raise an Order Placement Ticket via Support Portal

Steps:

  1. Visit Navia Support Portal.
  2. Login using your UCC and Date of Birth.
  3. Search for "Order Placing FAQ" in the search bar.
  4. Scroll down to "Create a Ticket."
  5. Type your orders and send them.

This will create a ticket with a faster resolution time. You can track the status of your ticket, whether it's open or resolved, from the "Track Ticket" option.

Option 2: Raise an Order Placement Ticket via Navia App or Rocket Plus App

Steps:

  1. Login to your Trading App or page.
  2. Navigate to the "Support" menu within the Navia App or page.
  3. "If you use Rocket Plus, go to the menu and select "Support."
  4. This will take you to the support page.
  5. Search for "Order Placing FAQ" in the search bar.
  6. Scroll down to "Create a Ticket."
  7. Type your orders and send them.

Note:
During downtimes, reaching us by phone might be challenging due to higher call volumes. In such cases, submitting a ticket with the subject "Order Placing" will help us place your orders, even if the calls are missed.
