Order Placing through Support Portal

Raise an Order Placing Ticket from Support Portal
Steps
Visit https://support.tradeplusonline.com/support/home
Login using your UCC and Date of Birth
Search for Order Placing FAQ from Search Bar
Scroll down the page to Create a Ticket
Type your orders and send
This will raise a Ticket with faster resolution time.
Track the status of your ticket, whether its open or resolved from Track Ticket option
Raise an Order Placing Ticket from Rocket or Rocket Plus
Steps
Login to your Trading App or page
From the menus provided within the Rocket App or page, choose Support
If you use Rocket Plus, go to menu and select Support
This will take you to the support page
Search for Order Placing FAQ from Search Bar
Scroll down the page to Create a Ticket
Type your orders and send
During downtimes, it might be difficult to reach us over phone due to abnormal higher call flows. In such scenarios, tickets with subject as Order placing will help us place them even if the calls are missed.
