How to view LIVE Trades / LIVE Positions?
If your live trades or positions are not visible on the main Trading page or App, you can use the following methods to check them. The steps vary slightly depending on the Trading Platform you're using.
View from Navia App
- Select Accounts: Tap on 'Accounts' from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Access Statements and Reports: Tap on 'Statements and Reports'.
- Navigate to Live Trade:
- Tap on the Menu (three lines) at the top left of the screen.
- Select 'Live Trade' to view your live positions and trades.
View from Navia Web
- Open Statements and Reports: Click on 'Statements and Reports'.
- Access Back-Office: This will open the Back-office window. Click the down arrow in the middle of the page.
- Select Positions:
- Click on 'Positions'.
- Choose 'Up to Date' and enter the current date.
- Include Live Data: Tick the option 'Include Live Data'.
- View Report: Generate and view your live positions report.
View from Rocket Plus App
- Open Menu: Tap on the Menu (three lines) at the top left of the screen.
- Access Back Office: Select 'Back Office' to open the Back-Office screen.
- Navigate to Live Trades:
- Tap on the Menu (three lines) at the top left again.
- Choose 'Live Trades' to view your live positions and trades.
View from Rocket Plus Web
- Select Man Symbol: Click on the Man symbol at the top right of the page.
- Access Back Office: Select 'Back Office'.
- Open Back-Office Window: Click the down arrow in the middle of the page.
- Select Positions:
- Click on 'Positions'.
- Choose 'Up to Date' and enter the current date.
- Include Live Data: Tick the option 'Include Live Data'.
- View Report: Generate and view your live positions report.
