Steps to Access and Generate a Portfolio Report

To generate a Portfolio Report from your Back Office, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Report:

    • Log in to the Back Office page.
    • Click the down arrow located in the middle of the screen.
    • From the expanded menu, select "Portfolio Report."
  2. Choose Format:

    • In the new window, choose the segment for which you need the report.
    • Select your preferred format (e.g., CSV, XLS, etc.).
  3. Select Period:

    • Choose the period for which you want to generate the report.
  4. Select Report Type:

    • From the Report Type dropdown, select "Portfolio Statement."
  5. Customize Fields:

    • Select the required fields from the visible options.
    • Click "Generate" to create your report.

Note: This report excludes transactions before November 11, 2012, off-market transfers, IPO credits, and corporate actions.
