You can activate an account Online or Offline. Online activation can be done by the following Account holders

1) If you have Aadhaar and Aadhaar linked mobile number

2) If you are the sole holder and there are no joint holders in your demat account

3) If you hold an Individual account and do not hold a Corporate Account.

If you do not fall under the above list, you will then not be able to activate your account online. You will have to activate it offline.

To Activate Offline, send the change request form duly filled and signed to our corporate office

Upon receipt of the completed, attested documents, the change of address will happen within 5 working days and you will receive an email confirming the same.
