Why Running Account Settlement is not credited to my Bank Account?
The settlement of funds from your trading account to your bank account will be processed through IMPS/NEFT/RTGS transfer. Typically, the funds will be credited to your primary bank account within one working day from the Running Account Settlement payout date, provided it is a bank working day. It is crucial that you ensure your latest active bank account is updated in our records to avoid any delays.
What to Do If Funds Are Not Credited:
- Possible Reasons for Delayed Credit:
- Bank Account Number Mismatch: If the bank account number provided does not match the one registered in our system.
- Name Mismatch: If the name on the bank account does not match the name registered in the bank's portal.
- Returned Funds: If the funds fail to get credited due to a mismatch, the bank will return the funds to us, and we will promptly communicate this to you.
- Action Steps: If you notice a debit in your ledger for the Running Account Settlement but do not receive the funds in your bank account by the next working day, please verify whether your bank details are up to date with Navia.
