If the funds transferred by you are not yet updated in your trading account, here are the steps you can take:

Initial Steps:  Fund transfers generally update within a few minutes. The system automatically allocates the funds to the exchange, gets the exchange's acknowledgment, and then updates the trading terminal.

Potential Issues

• NEFT: NEFT transfers can take longer, sometimes until the next day. It depends on when the bank credits the funds to us
• IMPS: IMPS transfers usually take around 15 minutes.
• Other Bank Account: If you transferred from a bank account not linked to your trading account, it will not be updated
• Funds transferred after 7.30pm: These will not be updated in margin to be utilized for MCX trading. Read here for more information on this

What to Check:

1. Bank Account: Ensure you transferred funds from a bank account linked to your trading account. If not, this is considered a third-party transfer and won't be usable for trading.
2. Transfer Method Timing: Check if you used NEFT, as this might cause delays.

Actions if Funds are Not Updated:

1. Contact Support: If the funds are not updated after a reasonable time, contact us to understand the reason and get assistance.
2. Provide Proof: If you transferred from an unlinked account, you will need to share the bank statement as proof of the transfer. The funds will be returned to the same account, and you should then transfer them from the linked account.
3. Update Bank Account:
   • Online: Map the bank account used for transfer via the profile edit section on the trading platform. Note: This option is not available for joint demat account holders.
   • Offline: For joint demat account holders, add the bank using an Additional Bank Form, which can be downloaded from the chat option.

• Use the Trading Platform: Always transfer funds by logging into the trading platform for immediate updates.
• Linked Accounts: Ensure that all transfers are made from bank accounts linked to your trading account.
