How to open an Account?

It is quick and completely online. It just takes 15 mins of your time to complete the process.

What should I have readily to open the account?

Just keep the following ready:

• Aadhaar Card Number
• PAN card soft copy and
• Bank details

What are the steps to open an account?

• Enter Aadhaar Number + OTP
• Enter PAN Number and Bank account details
• Complete Email Verification and enter Personal details
• Take a Selfie for IPV and Upload documents
• E-sign the documents and Authorize with OTP

How long will it take for me to trade once the account opening process is completed 

If your PAN is already registered with KRA, it takes 24 working hours to initiate your first trade from the time the account opening process is successfully completed

If your PAN is not registered with KRA already, it takes 3 to 7 working days to register your KYC with KRA and then open your account

Why does it take more time if PAN is not already registered with KRA 

Further to the new SEBI guidelines for Account opening vide the circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DoP/P/CIR/2022/46 which is effective from 1/11/2022,  clients are permitted to trade only if their KYC is registered with KYC Registration Agencies (KRA). 

As a process once your KYC is verified by our Processing Team, it will be uploaded to CVL, our KYC Registration Agency (KRA). 

CVL will send you separate OTPs to validate your email ID and mobile number. You need to click on the link provided in the email and SMS for validation. The earlier you verify your mobile and email ID with KRA, the faster will your KYC be registered and the account be opened. 

Further if your KYC with any Broker has been uploaded and pending for verification at KRA, your registration through us will be kept on hold until such verification.
