A Contract Note is a record of the trades executed on your behalf by a broker. ECN stands for 'Electronic Contract Note'.

ECN form is an undertaking that you have to sign physically for your commodity account at Tradeplus. It is the undertaking based on which you will be sent electronic contract notes for the trades you make after your account is open. If ECN is not signed by you then you will receive Physical contract notes for your trades and accordingly charges at Rs. 50 + GST would apply per contract note


To enable ECN, the exchange (MCX) requires the client to physically fill and sign the Declaration Form. The same is attached and also given as a link. Follow the simple steps below to disable Physical Contract Notes and enable ECN for your account:

2) Follow the instruction given in ECN form to fill the declaration

3) Send the Physically signed ECN Declaration Form to the address below:
