When there is no trades in your account for more than 180 days your broking account maybe de-activated as a regulatory requirement for security purposes. To activate the account client would have required to send an email. Now additionally we have also provided a feature in our Tradeplus Mobile APP using which you can activate your account within moments.


Step 1: Download the Mobile APP, register an Login to the APP



Step 2: Press on the Activate ICON and select your trading segment to activate your trading account. Thats it ! Your trading account is now activated and you can trade from the next trading day onwards.


                                                 



Note: If you press on the Activate button and you get a message saying that "Your trading account cannot be activate please contact support@tradeplusonline.com" it means that your trading account maybe de-activate due to non availability of KRA documents for your account in the selected segment.
