Tradeplus mobile has an in-built customer support facility. You can directly send a message to our customer support team using the Tradeplus mobile. You can also view the history of previous communications that you might have had with our customer support team. Here's how to do it

Step 1: Login to the Tradeplus mobile APP by entering your 8 digit unique client code (UCC)

Step 2: Click on Support

Step 3: Click on   menu on top right hand corner of the screen. You can also see various solution articles below.

Step 4: In the box titled "Start a conversation" enter your query which you want to be addressed by our support desk

Step 5: This will start a message thread as seen below. All the various message threads can be seen by clicking on the "My Conversation" menu.

Step 6: Once our customer support responds to your query, you can see the response in the same message thread.
