Step 1 : Login to Tradeplus Mobile



Step 2: Click on View Profile


Step 3 : The profile can now  be seen. In the mobile profile view only your primary bank account and primary DP account is displayed. You can also edit your mobile number and email ID through the mobile APP. Click on Mobile number / Email Id to enter the new Mobile number / email Id and click on Update Mobile number  /update Email 





Step 4 : The new mobile number / email ID is immediately updated in the back office and the same will also be updated to your DP account (if any) within 2 working days. If you have modified your mobile number then you will receive a SMS on your old and new mobile number and an email intimating you of the change in mobile number. If you have modified your email ID then you will receive an email on your old and new email ID and a SMS on your mobile number intimating you of the change in your email ID. This is part of the security measure adopted by us.
