You can check the status of your payout request through Tradeplus Mobile, Tradeplus Website and Backoffice.


Method 1: To know the status of your payout request through Tradeplus Website - Backoffice

> Go to www.tradeplusonline.com
> Click LOGIN - > BACKOFFICE at the top of the screen
> Enter your Broking code and password or Mobile number and OTP to login.

> Click on the backoffice in Menu tab
>  Click on Activity --> Payment Request Status
>  You can see your payout status here
>  Additionally, you will also get confirmation Email from the bank










Method 2: To know the status of your payout request through Tradeplus Website - Funds

> Go to www.tradeplusonline.com
> Click LOGIN - > backoffice at the top of the screen

> Click on the funds in Menu tab
> Click on WITHDRAW FUNDS --> CHECK STATUS / MODIFY
> You can see your payout status here



Method 3: To know the status of your payout request through Tradeplus Mobile.


>  Login to Tradeplus Mobile by entering your 8 digits Unique client code (UCC)

>  Select Funds 

>  Select Payout

>  Select the segment for payout. 

>  Select your bank account to which the payout is required. Automatically the bank account number will get filled. Enter the payout amount and select Submit to confirm your request.

>  Press on Check Status button to view the Status of your last payout request. The back office action date is the date on which your trading account ledger will be debited for the payout made to you. The various Status message is Pending / Accepted / Rejected.  You can also EDIT the payout request by changing the amount and pressing on the UPDATE button.

> To delete the payout Request Click on CHECK STATUS and Press on DELETE
