Find below the steps to check the status of your Trading Account and the segments to which it has been enabled: 


Step 1: Logon to www.tradeplusonline.com 

 

Step 2 : Click on BACKOFFICE




Step3: Click on the Link Profile on Left  top of the screen 

 



Step 4: Click on the Menu "Registration":


There should be a activation segment against each of the segment you wish to trade. 

If there is a date under the Suspension date column, you need to send an email to support@tradeplusonline.com from your registered email ID to activate it.


If there is data under the Close Date column, you need to open your trading account again . You email open@tradeplusonline.com or call 1800-425-75757
