Steps to change your email ID / Mobile Number in DP records:

Ø Logon to using your secured USER ID and PASSWORD and reach the Client DASHBOARD.

Ø Click on Edit Profile :

Ø Enter the new mobile number and email ID for the Broking and DP Account.

Please note that a nominal fee of Rs.50/- shall be applicable for every change request submitted online. Request you to submit the change request only if it is essential.

The new contact information gets updated immediately in the Trading Back office while the updation in DP Back Office and Trading system happens in 48 hours.You will receive the SMS and Email to your new as well as old email id and  Mobile number about the changes.
