The TPIN is a 4 digit code given to you to place authenticated orders over the phone through our dealing desk.
All clients of Tradeplus shall be allotted a random TPIN (Telephone Personal Identification Number). You can view and change the TPIN through the Subscription Management Portal (SMP) as shown below. Our dealing executive shall verify your TPIN before taking and processing your order. Our dealing desk can also reset your TPIN for you and you shall receive the new TPIN by SMS, The TPIN helps us to authenticate you and also quickly place orders for you through our CALL N TRADE facility.
If you do not provide your TPIN then our dealing executive shall ask you to confirm other important credentials of yours e.g PAN, Bank A/C number etc. before placing your order.
View and Change TPIN
You can view your TPIN from the SMP portal. If you are using the Rocket just click on the SMP menu to open the SMP tab inside Rocket. In SMP click on TPIN to view and change your TPIN as shown below.
And it's done!
