NRIs, except for those residing in US and Canada, can invest in all mutual funds 


Those who reside in US and Canada, can invest in MF but with limited AMCs. The list of AMCs which accepts funds from such NRIs keep changing from time to time. The list of funds allowed for US and Canada based NRIs is attached herewith for your kind reference.
